Jill Chukerman Test, secretary and director of public relations on SSP’s board of directors, has worked on practically every SSP production since joining the company in 1984, including appearing in 29 mainstage productions and numerous murder mysteries. Favorite SSP roles include Penny in You Can’t Take It With You, Barbara in Social Security, Celia in As You Like It (all three earning her Sebastian Awards), Isabelle in Crossing Delancey, Sister Rita in The Runner Stumbles, Meg in Crimes of the Heart, Amalia in She Loves Me and April in both the 1995 world premiere and 2001 revival productions of Jonathan Hagloch’s Elvicula. Her directing credits include the Sebastian Award-winning The Diviners, All My Sons, The Odd Couple and Bus Stop, and she has produced several other productions.
